How far in advance should I book my bond clean?
Perth moving dates fill up fast, especially at the end of the month or during military relocation seasons. We recommend booking 2 to 3 weeks before your key handover date to secure your preferred slot.
Do I need to leave the electricity on?
Yes, please. Our cleaning equipment, hot water extraction units and high-speed fans need mains power to work effectively. Keep the electricity active until at least the day after our crew finishes.
Can you combine carpet steam cleaning and pest control?
Absolutely. Most local property managers require a certified receipt if you kept animals inside. We package carpet steam cleaning alongside internal or external pest treatments.
What happens if the property manager isn't happy?
We stand by our work. If your agency finds an overlooked spot during their formal walkthrough, forward us a copy of their report within 7 days and we will send a team back to handle those exact items at no extra cost.
